Dear Southern California Palliative Care Colleagues,

The Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition of California is excited to invite you to meet as we take steps to rebuild the Southern California network within the Children’s Hospice & Palliative Care Coalition of California. We hope you can join us on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 12:00 pm for a virtual introductory meeting to energize SCPPN! 

Our hope in meeting is to bring together our SoCal pediatric palliative community to reimagine and strengthen a Southern California Pediatric Palliative Care Network. We are eager to connect with fellow professionals dedicated to advancing pediatric palliative/hospice care in our region.
