Information collected on this map was based on a California Hospice and Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition (CHPCC) survey conducted June-March 2022, publicly available data, and interviews with individuals involved in the PPC field.  

Information provided on this map is meant to be educational in nature and does not capture in entirety the services and organizations providing PPC in the state.
